Creamy Prime Overnight Oats
Ingredients For Oat Layer
1/2 Cup Oats
1 scoop Prime vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp. canned coconut cream (full fat)
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 cup vegan milk of your choice
1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/4 vanilla extract
In a mason jar or container with a lid, combine steel cut oats, chia seeds, and protein powder
In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, coconut cream, maple syrup, vegan milk, pumpkin spice and vanilla extract until well combined
Pour the pumpkin and coconut mixture over the dry ingredients in the mason jar
Stir everything thoroughly to make sure the steel cut oats and chia seeds are well coated in the mixture
Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours to allow the steel cut oats and chia seeds to soften and absorb the liquid
Ingredients For Creamy Layer
1/4 cup Greek or vegan yogurt
1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Ingredients For Cocoa Layer
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Greek or vegan yogurt
Instructions For Adding Layers
After your creamy pumpkin overnight oats have soaked for at least 8 hours pull out of fridge
Prepare creamy white layer by mixing Greek or vegan yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla in a separate bowl
Spoon the creamy white layer on top of the pumpkin coconut oats in your jar
In another bowl make the cocoa layer by mixing cocoa powder, sweetener, Greek or vegan yogurt and vanilla
Spoon cocoa layer on top of the creamy white layer
Garnish with toppings such as shredded coconut, blueberries, chocolate chips, or nuts

Healthy Prime Protein Pumpkin Bars
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup Prime Vanilla Shake protein powder
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan (9×9 inches or similar) with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, PRIME Vanilla Shake Protein Powder, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well.
- Combine Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, applesauce, pure maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until everything is well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Allow the pumpkin bars to cool in the pan for a bit before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into bars or squares. - If desired, sprinkle a bit of extra pumpkin pie spice on top or drizzle with a touch of maple syrup before serving. Add coarsely chopped pecans and walnuts to the mix before baking if you like nuts.
These fun and delicious pumpkin bars are a nutritious and protein-packed treat, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Place Ingredients In Blender
2 scoops of Alovea’s Chocolate Silk or Vanilla Prime Protein Powder, organic peanut butter to taste, raw cacao powder to taste, milk of your choice, add enough milk for your desired consistency, add honey or stevia if you prefer it sweeter.
